Sizes:
The sizes shown are the most popular sizes we produce. Whether your products are Automotive Aftermarket, Beverage or Hardware, we can produce the size mat that best fits your design. And since we extrude our own film in-house, we can adjust our extruders to fit your custom size without any die or tooling charges! See our Quote Request for more info.
Backings:
You have 3 choices - 1/8" foam backing, which is the most popular due to price point. 1/16" rubber backing that we fuse to our thickest heavy weight plastic to make a super durable mat. And our lo-tac backing to secure the mat to the counter.
Surface Finishes:
You have 2 choices - scratch resistant gloss finish that makes your colors pop without changing them (gloss is the more widely used because of this) and satin finish which gives you a surface that is non-glare.
Edge Seal:
All of our mats have an airtight and waterproof sealed edge to add durability and longevity on the counter. The edge seal is 1/8" outside your printed design area and comes in black or white.
